There are many reasons why high-frequency welding machines experience overcurrent issues, including short circuits in the induction coil, low power supply voltage, panel malfunction, mainboard malfunction, drive board malfunction, IGBT damage, ignition of resonant capacitors, ignition of transformers, fracture of transformer magnetic cores, and ignition of workpieces and induction coils.
In the event of such malfunctions, first try adjusting the power to the minimum. If there is still no ignition, it may be due to the heat dissipation or fracture of the transformer magnetic core. If overcurrent warning persists, it is recommended to send the machine back to the manufacturer for repair.
